Warranty Terms & Conditions for Electronics & Accessories

1. Warranties

3.2. Evaluation: Upon receiving the warranty claim, we will assess the product to determine if it meets the eligibility criteria for warranty coverage. If required, we may request the product to be shipped to our designated repair facility for further evaluation.

3.3. Repair or Replacement: If the claim is accepted and the defect is deemed to be covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair the product or replace it with an equivalent or comparable product. The decision to repair or replace will be based on the feasibility and availability of parts.

3.4. Voiding of Warranty: Any unauthorized repairs or modifications made to the product by the customer or a third party will void the warranty.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1. Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, as determined by us.

4.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4.3. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
